​Believe me, if I could go back in time, I would've done a lot of things differently. I would've practiced kindness daily, with friends, family and everyone else who came my way. I would've been a much better husband, a much better dad, a much better friend and a much better person all around.​

​Made a lot of mistakes in my life, with drugs, women and unethical behavior, and I took too long to change. And as a result I lost it all, and had to learn my lessons the hard way. But believe me, next time around I'll be a much better person, a much better husband, a much better dad, and a much better friend to anyone who comes my way. You don't have to make the same mistakes I made. You don't have to take too long to change. You can get clean, stay clean and start to become a better person, starting right now. 

​So man, if you have a good woman in your life, then hurry up and get clean, stay clean and give her the best life possible. Treat her right. Stay loyal, stay faithful, even in your thoughts. Give her your best, and she will give you her best as well. Don't take too long to change. Don’t take too long to get clean and turn your life around. Don’t keep putting it off.

​And for the ladies, get clean, stay clean and become the best person that you can possibly be. Be the best girlfriend, the best wife, the best mother that you can possibly be. Be the best friend, the best sister, the best grandma that you can possibly be. Be the best that you can be in every area of your life and eventually things will begin to change. Your whole life will begin to change.

​If you have children then get clean, stay clean and raise them right. Teach them the right thing to do in every area of their lives. Set the example. They’re watching you. Teach them to be kind, loving and honest with everyone who comes their way. Raise the kind of kids who can make a difference in the world.

And if you're single, then don’t worry, be patient. Focus on getting clean, staying clean and turning your life around and remain single until the right person comes into your life. We reap what we sow in everything we do. So in the meantime, focus on trying to become the kind of person you want your partner to be. If you want a kind, loving and honest man, or a kind, loving and honest woman, then you have to try to become a kind, loving and honest person yourself, and eventually you will attract a kind, loving and honest person into your life.

​So whatever your circumstances may be, wherever you’re at now,  focus on quitting drugs, staying clean and trying to become a better person, the best person you can possibly be. Be kind to others and try to practice kindness with everyone who comes your way. Help people, put others first, even if no one does anything for you. Eventually your time will come.

Be honest with everyone in everything you do. Don't lie, cheat or steal no matter what, and in doing so, in doing all of these things eventually life is going to get better for you and you’ll have a positive effect upon everyone who comes your way.

​It’s important to quit drugs, it's important to quit heroin, for without doing so it's going to be very difficult to become a better person and have a better life. So if you're struggling with drugs, with heroin then please, hurry up and quit this drug, stay clean and turn your life around so that you can have a better life, better health, better relationships, better finances, better living conditions, better everything,… so that you can find love, true, genuine love... So that you can have a new and better life. And so that you can help others to quit heroin and turn their lives around.

So many good things can come into your life when you quit drugs, quit heroin and try to become a better person and live a better life. Do it for others. Do it for your loved ones. Do it for yourself.  Concern yourself for others and eventually things are going to get better for you. Life is going to get better for you.

Clean from every type of drug, coke, crack, weed, ecstacy, benzos and alcohol since March 1st 2009 and clean from heroin for over well 20 years, and God help me I will never touch drugs again.
