Continuing Recovery Center
The Continuing Recovery Center, Inc. (CRC) is a recovery home for substance abusers that shall maintain and practice the highest standards of education, teaching and compassion to ensure the transition of recovery for those served. CRC shall always consider the safety and sobriety of a population served. CRC will work for its residents and facilitate and assure the recovery process, promote the personal growth and develop the fulfillment of their future endeavors. We maintain a 16-bed coed, recovery home, providing a program of continued treatment facility. Many residents are referred from treatment centers throughout the state of Illinois, when it becomes evident that some individuals require more that a 21 or 28-day treatment stay. We do not discriminate or withhold services based on a person’s sex, creed, religion, sexual preference or ability to pay at time of service. Residents are expected to live by this same policy while living at CRC. We are not affiliated with any religion, but we are convinced that we all need a spiritual way of life—one where we care for the welfare of others, as well as our own. Our recovering alcoholics must come to believe that ”God don’t make no junk”. Residents are expected to reside at CRC for 6months to 24 months, after which they are usually able to assume healthy, productive lives. CRC is a recovery home, not a halfway house, thus providing the concentration on recovery found in treatment centers along with the freedom and reduced cost of a halfway house. Duane Dean Behavioral Health Center
Duane Dean Behavioral Health Center provides comprehensive treatment and intervention services to adults who suffer from the disease of addiction. Duane Dean Behavioral Center operates three core programs: The Women & Children's Wellness Program: Women often avoid seeking treatment for fear of losing custody of their children. The Women and Children’s Wellness program is specifically designed to address these and other gender-specific barriers that may impede a woman’s road to recovery and an improved quality of life. An Opioid Maintenance Therapy (OMT) program: Under medical supervision, methadone -- combined with counseling, is provided as an alternative program for persons addicted to opiates. Duane Dean is the only facility in Kankakee County and adjoining Iroquois County to the south, that provides this as an outpatient service. The Criminal Justice Program: Assesses and treats if necessary, adults who are 18 years of age or older who have been mandated by the courts to seek treatment. All three programs have been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International. Services include outreach, assessment, screenings, individual counseling, group counseling, parent training, childcare and transportation. Staff also work with local social service providers to give clients additional support for extenuating problems that might jeopardize their treatment success. For more information please contact Duane Dean Behavioral Health Center.

Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center
Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center: A holistic, medically informed approach to addiction treatment sets Timberline Knolls apart from other residential treatment centers, detox programs and drug rehab centers. Our addiction treatment team consistently helps women make real-life changes that are recognized by the leaders in outpatient drug and alcohol treatment who trust us to care for their patients. Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center is a leader in recovery for women ages 12 and up who abuse or have developed an addiction to one or more chemical substances: Illicit drugs (such as cocaine, heroin, marijuana, methamphetamines / crystal meth); Alcohol; Prescription drugs (such as Xanax / benzodiazepines, Oxycontin / opioids, Vicodin, Klonopin, Adderall) Inhalants. Timberline Knolls’ treatment philosophy integrates medical excellence with attention to the realities of recovery by helping women to strengthen five core aspects of the self: Physical; Mental; Emotional; Spiritual; Social. Timberline Knolls’ alcohol and drug addiction treatment team also digs deeper into the underlying causes and conditions of the entire addictive disease process. As a result, they often identify co-occurring psychiatric conditions not addressed by past treatment facilities who may have focused primarily on intervention or detox. If unaddressed or under-addressed, co-occurring disorders frequently lie at the root of repeated relapses. Women who come to Timberline Knolls for residential drug abuse or alcoholism treatment receive much more than education about the disease of addiction and instruction about the process of recovery. Our counselors can help you determine whether our all-female residential treatment center for drug and alcohol addiction might help you or a woman or teen you love find and sustain life-long recovery. For more information please contact Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center.

Institute for Personal Development
The Institute for Personal Development (IPD) has become one of the most reputable, outpatient, mental health clinics in the Midwestern United States. We provide Individual Counseling, Psychiatric and Neuro-psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Evaluations and Medication Management, Couples Counseling, Family Counseling and Group Therapies. Our multidisciplinary team of highly experienced clinicians helps individuals facing mental health, emotional, alcohol and substance use problems. Because we focus on state of the art care, the Institute for Personal Development has grown to one of the largest, private, outpatient, mental health and emotional wellness clinics in the country. IPD provides services that are individualized for each and every client. Our clinicians are highly trained and focus on a thorough evaluation of the cause of your emotional pain. We examine problems in an individual's relationships, job and life. We will understand the environment in which they grew up and how this may have effected how they view the world. We understand the value system which they hold dear. We evaluate if they are on medications which could make them feel bad, if they might have a medical disorder which effects how they feel or if they have a brain chemistry problem which is causing them to feel bad and distort the way they see and experience the world. Once a thorough evaluation is completed a treatment plan is designed and discussed with the individual and (with the patients permission) the family. We identify treatments which are scientifically proven to be effective in the condition or conditions which you have presented and then we "get to work". For more information please contact The Institute for Personal Development.
