The Arvada Counseling Center, Inc began to serve clients in 1971 that were referred by the courts for classes and therapy related to drunk driving violations. Our office has always provided services in the areas of drug and alcohol counseling as well as marital and family therapy. In 1984, Arvada Counseling Center, Inc was certified by Boulder County Judicial District to provide services to domestic violence court ordered perpetrators and victims. It Takes A Village
It Takes A Village is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce health and social disparities among people of color in the Denver / Aurora, Colorado metropolitan area. It Takes A Village programs are based upon theory based interventions which have been researched and adapted to meet the needs of the communities we serve. However, the effectiveness of each program greatly depends upon the level of involvement of the community, and the trust the community has with our staff and organization. All programs and services are provided free of charge to participants. Substance Abuse Treatment Provides substance abuse treatment to HIV positive and at risk individuals through one on one counseling and in groups. ​Key To Life Counseling Center
Key To Life provides group, family and individual counseling employing dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. We utilize an evidence-based and client-centered approach with an emphasis on strategies for change programming, essential treatment techniques, recovery-based techniques, relapse prevention tools, strategies for self-improvement and change intervention. Services available in Spanish! Our substance abuse counseling program is dedicated to educating individuals on substance abuse / dependence and is specific to individual’s drugs of choice. Stout Street Foundation
Stout Street Foundation (SSF) provides the necessary services and support in a totally structured therapeutic community environment to assist addicts and alcoholics to help themselves in rehabilitation, recovery, and transition in returning to society as productive and responsible citizens. The Recovery Center
The Recovery Center (TRC) offers comprehensive outpatient, substance abuse and mental health treatment services to adult men, women, pregnant women, women with children, adolescent men and women, and families.
