Coming clean and being honest with your loved ones can begin to help you and change things right away. When you come clean you no longer have to live a double life and come up with lies to cover up for yourself. And believe me, I was the biggest liar of them all. But I don't do those things anymore. And I found out the hard way that the best way to live is by being honest and transparent in everything we do.

Once you come clean, you liberate your soul. A weight comes off your shoulders. You no longer have to hide anything anymore. You can begin to live an honest life and get the help you need. And an honest person will be helped, while a dishonest person who continues to be dishonest will find it very difficult to get the help they need. Coming clean will humble you, and Life tends to show favor and mercy to humble people.

Furthermore, coming clean puts you on the spot. Your loved ones are watching you. Now you have to quit heroin and stay clean for good, not only for yourself but also for your friends and family as well. And under normal circumstances your loved ones will give you all the love and support you'll need.

You may be surprised from all the love and support you'll receive from your true friends and family. And this is how you will begin to earn their trust back.
