Alliance Counseling Associates
Alliance Counseling Associates is here to help you overcome mental health and life challenges and assist you in creating a sense of balance and wellness. Our various services can target your complete person instead of focusing solely on your mental health. In our chaotic world, we are often unaware of the moments we're living, due to our tendency of looking at "what's next" or "what has happened", instead of living in the here and now and appreciating the journey we're on. As our company has grown in new and exciting directions, we look forward to sharing our wide range of wellness and therapy services, because let's face it, therapy is no longer laying on a couch pouring out your innermost thoughts and feelings to a person you can't see. Our services are traditional, holistic and progressive all at the same time. We work with a wide range of mental health and life challenges including: depression, anxiety, attachment issues, parenting, divorce care, substance use, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, emotional regulation, mood disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, eating disorders, family system dynamics, marital problems, self harm, psychosis, life changing events and much more. We offer interactive, whole treatment plans that can include traditional therapy as well as wellness elements such as meditation, yoga, biofeedback, vibroacoustic therapy and more. For more information please contact Alliance Counseling Associates.
