Youth Bridge ​

Youth Bridge is Northwest Arkansas’ leading provider of comprehensive care to troubled teens and their families. We provide outpatient therapy and counseling, residential substance abuse treatment, emergency shelters, academic and social support, a therapeutic group home for teens involved in the juvenile justice system and a transitional living program for homeless young adults. Each year Youth Bridge serves more than a thousand teens and their families from an eight-county area in Northwest and North Central Arkansas. Specialized services include substance abuse assessment, random drug screenings, and diagnosis and treatment of youth who are accessed to have drug and / or alcohol problems, which are deemed appropriate for outpatient treatment. The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program provides comprehensive residential treatment program for male ages 14 through 17. ​Quapaw House

Quapaw House is dedicated to compassionately providing comprehensive behavioral health prevention, treatment, and education services to clients, families and communities we serve. Quapaw House is licensed to provide Regional Alcohol and Drug Detoxification (RADD) Services. Through the Detoxification Program, we provide evaluations, observation and modified medical detoxification. Crowley’s Ridge Development Council is a community action agency serving the needs citizens in Northeast Arkansas. CRDC is committed to helping families and individuals recognize their strengths, set realistic goals, make responsible choices, and become successful, self-sufficient members of the community. The BridgeWay ​

​Freedom House A.D.T.C.

Freedom House A.D.T.C. is the Alcohol / Drug Treatment services component of Arkansas River Valley Area Council, Inc. (ARVAC). Freedom House is an adult treatment center for men and women 18 years of age and older. It has been open for 37 years and has served over 12,000 men and women who have turned to the misuse of alcohol and drugs. Freedom House serves a six county catchments area that includes Faulkner, Conway, Pope, Johnson, Yell, and Perry counties, as well as other counties in the state and out of state. Freedom House offers the following services: Substance Abuse Alcohol and Drug Assessments, 30 days Residential Treatment Program that utilizes the Living in Balance Evidence-Based Residential Program, an Outpatient Program that is 16 weeks and utilizes the Matrix Model Evidence-Based Outpatient Program, an Observational Detoxification Program, and a Chemical Free Living Center (CFLC). The Residential Treatment Program curriculum includes Pathways to Recovery, Relapse Prevention, Group Therapy, Individual Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Adult Education classes. Bed availability for the Residential Treatment Program is 24 for females and 24 for males. ​The Outpatient Treatment Program meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The Outpatient classroom had the capacity for 20-25 clients. CFLC affords clients an opportunity to gradually re-enter society as a productive member of the community in which they live. CFLC availability is 8 beds for females and 20 for males. Observational Detoxification bed capacity is 2 for females and 3 for males. Freedom House believes treatment must be individualized based on a thorough assessment of the magnitude of the client’s problems. Freedom House recommends the Twelve Step Program of AA / NA as a method of continuing recovery and chemical free living because it is the single most successful program of recovery to date. Arkansas Treatment Services, PA provides outpatient treatment services in Texarkana, Arkansas for persons addicted to the opioid class of drugs, including prescription pain medications and heroin.
