St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland operates one accommodation support service specifically for drug and alcohol rehabilitation. The Society's Gillies House, is a medium term accommodation facility for men recovering from drug and alcohol addictions. Residents can stay up to nine months, and during that period the Society helps them find long term accommodation, training to help reintegrate into the workforce, provides ongoing counselling, and encourages regular meeting attendance. Youth Empowered Towards Independence (YETI) Adolescent drug treatment program is an intervention program for 12 - 25 year olds.

The YETI Adolescent Drug Treatment Program is the only drug and alcohol program for youth in the Cairns Region. This program provides appropriate and effective treatment interventions for young people between the age of 12 - 25 who are 'at risk' of or engaging in the use of illicit drugs.
